Corrections, disputes and removals for your listing
Kuala Lumpur Dentist Guide is an independent directory of dental practices in the Kuala Lumpur area. We build listings from publicly available business information and compute scores and review summaries from Google reviews using a single published rubric applied to every dentist. There is no charge to be listed here, and no payment can change a score or ranking. This page explains how to correct factual details in your listing, challenge a score you believe is wrong, request removal, or ask why a removal was declined. Fixing incorrect information
If your practice name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or list of services are inaccurate in your listing, you can request a correction. We fix factual fields when you provide the correct value and something that confirms it, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is applied, it survives our regular data refreshes and stays in place.
Disputing a score or summary
A dispute is not a request for a higher score. Instead, it is a claim that our input data is wrong. This covers cases where your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a review summary misstates what patients actually wrote. When you file a dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. Scores are never hand-edited; they are recalculated from the input data once it is verified.
Requesting removal of your listing
Listings are removed if your practice has permanently closed, if we find it is a duplicate entry, or if it falls outside this directory's scope. Our verification cycle runs monthly and catches closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and falls within scope, a removal request will be declined, and we will explain why plainly.

How long it takes
Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are processed within 7 days. If we decline your request, we provide the reason.
